We will dispatch your JettProof products as soon as possible after you place the order, usually within 2 working days if the goods are in stock.

If we are unable to dispatch the goods within 14 days, we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date; you will then have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

International shipping usually takes between 7 to 10 business days from when the items are dispatched to delivery.  Prices shown on the site do not include any possible additional delivery charges or any customs duty applicable in your country.
